- PANEL LAYOUT and FABRICATION
We take great pride in the layout and neatness of our panels.  A lot of our business comes from troubleshooting controls and we see how panels should and should not be done.  We build our controls with the maintenance personnel in mind and it shows.  Well labeled wires, terminals and devices all neatly arranged and bundled.  Devices and nameplates are straight, level and aligned.  No sharp edges or burrs.  Panels of our design include adequate spares for foreseeable expansion.  Fuses include blown fuse indication. 

- PRODUCT DESIGN
Your design or ours, we will work with you in any capacity to provide you with the best value solution. 

- PLC and GUI PROGRAMMING
We are experienced with Allen-Bradley, GE-Fanuc, Modicon, Siemens, PLC Direct, Maple-Systems, IDEC, Eagle Signal, and many others.  We are a Certified CIMVAR by GE for Cimplicity Software.

- DOCUMENTATION
For panels for which we provide the design, we supply a complete set of documentation including CAD generated schematics, layouts and interconnects along with product data sheets, O&M manuals and Bill of Materials.

- INSTALLATION and FIELD START-UP
We can provide installation and start-up services of your control.  We are NOT licensed Electricians and prefer working with your qualified local licensed electricians.  We can provide these services if you desire.
